What are the admission requirements?

You must be 18 or older, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid State ID and Social Security Card, health clearance (PPD/immunizations/COVID documents), and pass a math and reading exam (80% required).

Graduates are eligible for national certification and can practice in Illinois and nationwide (additional licensing is required in CA, LA, NV and WA), in settings such as hospitals, laboratories, blood banks, clinics, and doctor’s offices.
